How to use Shipping Info / Payment Info page

The Shipping Info / Payment Info page is the first step in the Checkout process. This page is where you can select and modify how and where your order is shipped, and set your payment method.

Shipping Info

Here you can set your preferred Shipping Method and select the Shipping Address where you would like us to ship the order. You can also enter an e-mail address that you would like the notifications regarding this order to be sent to. (By default this is the same address you use to logon.) You can also add an Order Note here that will accompany your order through our system.

Shipping Method - Select your preferred carrier for this order from the dropdown list. If you have selected a carrier that you always want us to use for your orders, check the "Set as Default" box below the drop down list, and you will not have to set this each time for each order. If you have any questions about a carrier, or would like to have your preferred carrier added to the list, please call Customer Service at 1-800-445-5017.

Ship To Address - This list allows you to select your shipping address from those addresses that we have in our system for your company. If you have selected a shipping address that you always want us to use for your orders, check the "Set as Default" box below the drop down list, and you will not have to set this each time for each order. If you do not see the address you would like to have the order shipped to, select the blank line at the top of the dropdown list and enter the address into the form in the grey box at the right. If you have any questions about shipping addresses, or would like to have your preferred address added to the list, please call Customer Service at 1-800-445-5017.

Email Address - Use this box to specify the e-mail address to which you would like us to send any notifiacations regarding this order. By default, this field contains the e-mail address that you use to log in to FlexoSource.

Notes - In this box you can add any special information regarding your current order. For example, if you have special shipping requirements, you can add that information, or if you would like us to contact you regarding the order, you can add a note asking us to give you a call.

Payment Info

Here you can select the Payment Method, P.O. Number and set the Billing Address information to be used for the current order.

Payment Type - Here you can select to pay by invoice or by Credit Card.

PO Number - This is where you enter a Purchase Order Number that you would like associated with this order. This is a required field.

If you chose to pay by Credit Card, the following fields will be avtivated and are all required fields.

Card Type - Select your Credit Card Type from the dropdown list.

Card Number - Enter your Credit Card Number in this field.

Exp. Date - Enter the expiration date of your credit card in this field using the MM/YYYY format.

Card ID Number - Enter the Credit Card ID number from your credit card in this field. The Card ID Number is the last 3 digits in the signature block on the back of your credit card or the 4 digit code on the front of American Express cards. Required for security purposes.

Use Shipping Address for Billing Address - Check this box to use the Shipping Address set above as the Billing Address for this Credit Card. If your Billing Address is different from your Shipping Address, fill out the form on the lower right with the proper Billing Address for the Credit Card you are using as payment for this order.

Submit Order

Click the "Submit Order" button when you have filled in all the information properly to finalize the sale. You can also click on the "Continue Shopping" button to change your order before finalizing Checkout.
